  • Drainage: The drain hose must be connected to a wall or floor drain. The hose height must not exceed 22 inches from the floor, and a 1-inch air gap must be maintained between the hose and the drain.
  • Water Supply: Connect the unit to a hot water source with a recommended minimum temperature of 140°F.
  • Leveling: Use the adjustable leveling legs to ensure the machine is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  • Chemicals: Insert the tube stiffeners with chemical tubing into the corresponding detergent and rinse aid dispensers.

Initial Startup and Safety

Before the first use, the booster high-limit switch must be connected. This switch is intentionally disconnected at the factory to prevent heating element damage during initial filling. Ensure the power is turned off before accessing the front panel to reconnect this wire.

Daily Operation

  • Power On: Turn the power switch to the ON position. The machine will automatically fill the wash tank.
  • Heating: Allow approximately 10 minutes for the wash tank temperature to reach 160°F.
  • Cycle: Press the start switch to begin the cycle. The unit will remain in the wash cycle until the booster heater reaches 180°F, at which point it will advance to the rinse cycle.
  • Monitoring: Observe the rinse cycle (the final 12 seconds). The temperature must be at least 180°F. If adjustment is needed, turn the adjustment stem on the booster thermostat clockwise to increase the temperature.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

The installer is responsible for adjusting the fill timer during the initial setup. If the wash tank does not fill, repeat the startup process until the tank is full. Always ensure the machine is level and that all plumbing and electrical connections are secure and compliant with safety standards.
