Getting Started

Before first use, remove all packaging materials. Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface, ensuring at least 13 cm of clearance behind the unit. Wash the baskets, crisper plates, and roasting rack thoroughly. Perform a test run to eliminate any manufacturing residues by running the unit at 195°C for 10 minutes while empty.

Smart Features

The air fryer integrates with the VeSync app, enabling remote control, monitoring of cooking progress, and access to pre-programmed recipes. To set up, download the app, create an account, and follow the in-app instructions to pair your device via Wi-Fi. You can use the Match function to mirror settings across both baskets or the Sync function to ensure both baskets finish cooking at the same time.

Cooking Functions

The appliance offers various cooking modes including Air Fry, Roast, Grill, Bake, Reheat, Dehydrate, and Proof. The roasting rack is specifically designed for use in the Zone 2 basket to facilitate 3-layer cooking, which is ideal for proteins and starches that require extra crisping. Always use tongs or heat-safe utensils to handle food and avoid overfilling the baskets to ensure proper air circulation.

Safety and Maintenance

Safety is paramount; never immerse the housing, cord, or plug in water. Do not block ventilation openings and keep the unit away from flammable materials. After each use, allow the unit to cool completely before cleaning. The baskets and crisper plates are dishwasher-safe. For stubborn grease, use a paste of baking soda and water.
