It features high-definition recording, two-way audio, motion detection, and infrared night vision. App Installation and Account Setup
To begin, download the YCC365 Plus application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Upon launching the app for the first time, you must create an account. Use a valid email address to register, as phone number registration is currently limited to specific regions. Ensure your password is between 6 and 30 characters, combining letters and numbers for security.
Connecting the Camera
The camera operates exclusively on 2.4GHz WiFi networks. Before starting the setup, ensure your smartphone is connected to your 2.4GHz home network. The application offers several connection methods, including scanning a QR code, using an Ethernet cable for a wired connection, or setting up via an AP hotspot. Follow the in-app voice prompts to confirm the camera is in configuration mode. If the camera fails to connect, reset the device and attempt the process again.
Advanced Features and Settings
The camera includes a PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) function, allowing you to remotely control the viewing angle. You can save specific viewing positions as presets for quick access. The device also supports intelligent notifications; you can configure alerts for motion detection and abnormal sounds. For continuous recording, insert a Class 10 MicroSD card (8GB to 128GB) and format it through the app settings. The Video Mode can be set to record only during events or continuously.
Cloud Services and Maintenance
A 30-day trial of cloud storage is provided, after which you may subscribe to a paid plan via PayPal. You can manage your subscription directly within the app. For maintenance, ensure the camera firmware is updated and the lens remains clean. If the camera is mounted on the ceiling, use the 'Rotate Video Feed 180°' option in the settings to correct the orientation. You can also share access with family members by adding their accounts in the app settings.

Common problems
Camera not connecting to WiFi
Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz signal and your phone is connected to it. Reset the camera and try the setup process again.
Cannot hear voice prompts
Reset the camera to factory settings and ensure the device is powered on correctly.
MicroSD card not recognized
Ensure the card is Class 10, between 8GB and 128GB, and has been formatted via the camera settings.
