This document provides essential instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the German Pool DSR-310BK Built-In Ozone Dish Sterilizer. The appliance uses UV and ozone for sterilization and infrared rays for drying, meeting GB17988-2008 two-star standards.
Installation
The appliance must be installed by qualified technicians. Ensure the cabinet opening meets the required dimensions (H ≥ 590mm, W ≥ 564mm, D ≥ 505mm). The supporting base must hold at least 60kg. The unit requires a dedicated 10A grounded socket and must not share power with other appliances.
Operation
System Initialization: Ensure the unit is installed and the drawer is closed before connecting to power. A ticking sound indicates standby mode.
Function Modes:
- Disinfection: Press the Disinfect button to cycle through 90, 60, or 30-minute settings.
- Heat-Dry: Press the Heat button to cycle through 90, 60, or 30-minute settings.
- Smart Mode: Automatically runs a disinfection cycle followed by a 45-minute standby and a heat-dry cycle.
- Integrated Functions: Combine disinfection and heat-dry by pressing both buttons within 5 seconds.
Safety Precautions
- Do not open the drawer during operation; the unit will automatically suspend functions for safety.
- Wait 20 minutes after a cycle completes before opening the drawer to avoid ozone leakage or scalding.
- Do not place non-tableware items (towels, shoes, plastic utensils) in the sterilizer.
- If ozone leakage is detected or the germicidal light is visible, stop use immediately and contact a technician.
Maintenance
Regularly clean the interior with a soft cloth and neutral detergent. Wipe dry after cleaning. Do not use petrol, alcohol, or abrasive powders on the exterior. Frequently remove stagnant water from the bottom of the inner tank.

Common problems
Unit stops working when drawer is opened
This is a safety feature, not a malfunction. Close the drawer to resume operation.
Ozone leakage or visible germicidal light
Stop using the appliance immediately and contact a qualified technician for repair.
Water accumulation at the bottom
Regularly remove stagnant water to prevent overflow.
Before use
- Ensure the power socket is grounded and rated for at least 10A.
- Verify the cabinet base can support at least 60kg.
- Ensure tableware is clean, dry, and placed vertically on the rack.
- Do not overload the racks (Upper: 6kg, Lower: 8kg).
