The Greenpan 13-in-1 Multi Cooker Air Fryer Grill is a versatile kitchen appliance that combines two distinct cooking methods. It is critical to use the correct lid for the selected function: the glass lid for multi-cooker functions and the Air Fryer and Grill lid for air frying and grilling. Always ensure the appliance is on a level, clean, and dry surface with at least 6 inches of clearance for air circulation.

Multi Cooker Function
When using the Multi Cooker function, only the bottom heating plate (120V 1250W) is active. Do not use the Air Fryer and Grill Lid for these functions.
Operation
- Plug in the appliance.
- Place the removable pot into the chamber and cover with the glass lid.
- Select the desired function (Rice, Steam, Stew, Yogurt, Sear/Sauté, Slow Cook, Keep Warm, Delay Start).
- Press the "temp/time" button to adjust settings using the "+" or "-" buttons.
- Press "start/stop" to begin cooking.
Note: For the Steam function, water should not exceed 1.5L / 1.5qts.
Air Fryer and Grill Function
When using the Air Fryer and Grill modes, only the top heating element (120V 1330W) is active. The "Keep Warm" and "Delay Start" functions are disabled in this mode.

Assembly and Operation
- Place the removable pot in the chamber.
- Place the Air Fryer and Grill Lid on the pot and pull up the latch to lock it securely. The air fryer will not operate if the lid is not latched.
- Select the desired function (Broil, Fries, Bake, Grill, Roast, Dehydrator).
- Adjust time and temperature as needed.
- Press "start/stop" to begin.
- During cooking, you may remove the lid to check or flip food. Cooking will resume automatically when the lid is locked back into place.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before cleaning. Never immerse the base, cord, or plug in water.

- Dishwasher Safe: Removable pot, glass lid, rack, basket, and grill plate.
- Wipe Clean: The outside of the base and the Air Fryer and Grill Lid should be wiped with a damp cloth.
Troubleshooting
If the unit stops working and displays an error code, refer to the following:
- E1, E2, E4, E5: Contact Customer Service.
- Unit does not turn on: Check if the power plug is connected to a functional, grounded electrical outlet.
- Air Fryer and Grill does not operate: Ensure the Air Fryer and Grill Lid is securely fastened with the latch on the back of the unit.
