Safety Precautions

Operation

To operate, ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before plugging in. Secure the workpiece between the vises (A) and (B) using the clutch and screw handle. The machine allows for angled cuts at 0°, 30°, and 45°. To cut, pull the trigger, rotate the wheel, and gently press down the handle. Do not force the tool; excessive pressure can overload the motor.

Maintenance and Inspection

Regular maintenance is essential for longevity and safety. Always disconnect the power plug before inspection. Regularly inspect the carbon brushes and replace them when they reach the wear limit. Keep the machine clean, wipe off chips and waste, and ensure ventilation openings are clear. Lubricate the rotary parts of the shaft and vise, and the slide way of the vise (A) once a month. Report any faults in the machine, guards, or blades immediately.
