Safety Guidelines
Always prioritize safety: Use ear protection, eye protection, a dust mask, and protective gloves. Ensure the work area is clean, well-lit, and free of clutter. The machine is double-insulated (Protection Class II). Never leave the saw running unattended. Always ensure the machine is securely fastened to prevent tipping.
Assembly and Setup
Assemble the frame by attaching the legs and cross braces. Mount the rollover brackets to the rear legs to prevent tipping. Attach the bench extensions and ensure they are flush with the main table. Install the blade guard on the riving knife, ensuring it moves freely and does not contact the blade.
Operation
Place the workpiece against the parallel or mitre guide. Turn on the saw using the green button and allow it to reach full speed before feeding the material. Use a push stick or push block when the distance between the fence and the blade is less than 150 mm or 50 mm, respectively. In case of danger, immediately press the red stop button.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Regularly clean the saw of sawdust and debris using a vacuum or brush. Ensure motor ventilation holes are not blocked. Lubricate all moving parts with light oil. If the saw stops due to overload, allow it to cool for 30 minutes, then press the overload protection button before restarting. Replace carbon brushes if worn.
