Product Description

The Husqvarna LC 140P and LC 140SP are pedestrian-controlled rotary lawn mowers designed for cutting grass. The grass is collected in a grass catcher, which can be removed for rear discharge.

Safety

Warning: This product is dangerous if used incorrectly. Read and understand the operator's manual before use. Keep children and animals away from the work area. Always wear personal protective equipment, including hearing protection, heavy-duty slip-resistant boots, and long pants. Never operate the product if safety devices are defective.

Assembly

Follow the instructions to assemble the handle and adjust its height. Ensure cable tension is not too high to prevent damage when folding for transport. Assemble the grass catcher by attaching the top and bottom parts and securing the frame with clips.

Operation

Before operating, ensure the cutting equipment is correctly attached and adjusted. Fill the fuel tank with unleaded gasoline (minimum 91 RON) and check the engine oil level. Start the product on a flat surface, ensuring the blade does not hit the ground. Use the drive bail to engage the wheel drive (LC 140SP model). To stop, release the drive bail or the engine brake handle.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance is essential for safe operation. Perform a general inspection, check oil levels, and clean the product daily. Replace engine oil after the first 5 hours of use, then every 50 hours. Regularly inspect the cutting equipment, air filter, and spark plug. If the blade hits an obstacle, stop the product immediately and inspect for damage.

Troubleshooting

If the engine fails to start, check the ignition cable, fuel level, and spark plug. If the engine runs unevenly, check the air filter, fuel system, and carburetor settings. Refer to the manual for detailed troubleshooting steps for engine performance issues.

Disposal

Dispose of all chemicals, such as engine oil and fuel, at an approved service center or recycling location in accordance with local regulations.
