Product Overview

The Husqvarna LC 140P and LC 140SP are pedestrian-controlled lawnmowers designed for grass cutting. The LC 140SP model features a wheel drive system for easier operation. Safety Instructions

Starting: Ensure the spark plug cable is connected. Hold the engine brake handle against the handlebar, pull the starter rope slowly until resistance is felt, then pull firmly to start the engine.

Operation: For the LC 140SP, engage the drive bail to move the mower forward. To stop the engine, release the engine brake handle.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance is essential for safe and efficient operation. Key tasks include:

• Daily: General inspection, check oil level, clean the mower, inspect the cutting equipment, and check the engine brake handle.
• Monthly: Inspect the muffler, clean the air filter, and clean the cylinder cooling fins.
• Seasonal: Change the engine oil, replace the spark plug, replace the air filter, and inspect the fuel system.

Always disconnect the spark plug cable before performing any maintenance on the cutting blade or engine to prevent accidental starting.

Troubleshooting

If the engine fails to start, check if the spark plug cable is connected, ensure the fuel tank is filled with fresh fuel, and verify that the air filter is clean. If the mower vibrates excessively, inspect the cutting blade for damage or imbalance. If the drive system on the LC 140SP is not engaging correctly, the clutch cable may require adjustment.
