Product Description

The device consists of the following main components:

Operation

Cooking Rice:

  1. Measure the desired amount of rice using the measuring cup. One cup corresponds to 160ml of water and 150g of rice.
  2. Place the washed rice into the cooking pot and ensure it is distributed evenly.
  3. Add the appropriate amount of water according to the markings inside the pot.
  4. Ensure the outside of the pot is clean and dry before inserting it into the housing.
  5. Place the glass lid on the device.
  6. Connect to a power outlet and press the On/Off switch. The 'Warm' indicator will light up.
  7. Press the selector switch down; the 'Cook' indicator will light up to begin the process.
  8. Once finished, the device automatically switches to 'Warm' mode.

Steaming:

Steaming can only be performed in 'Cook' mode. Place the steamer insert on top of the rice cooking pot while cooking rice to steam vegetables or fish simultaneously.

Cleaning and Care

For hygiene reasons, clean the device after every use:

  • Always unplug the device and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
  • Never immerse the device or power cord in water or other liquids.
  • Wash the lid, steamer insert, measuring cup, and spatula in warm, soapy water.
  • Clean the housing with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
  • Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or scouring pads.
  • Do not wash any parts in a dishwasher.
  • Dry all parts thoroughly before storage.

Safety Warnings

  • Do not open the lid during operation as steam escapes.
  • Do not exceed the MAX fill line (1 liter) to prevent overflow.
  • Ensure the MIN fill line (1 cup) is met to avoid dry boiling.
  • Do not move the device while it is in operation.
  • Use oven mitts when removing the hot cooking pot.
  • Keep the device and cord away from children under 8 years old.
