Receiving and Inspecting

Upon delivery, inspect the exterior of the package for damage. If damage is found, open and inspect the contents with the carrier. If concealed damage is discovered after opening, notify the carrier immediately. You must request an inspection by the shipping company within 10 days of receipt.
