The Majorcom TU 100T VA is a high-performance 100W compression horn speaker specifically engineered for environments with extremely high ambient noise levels. Internally, it is equipped with a high-quality ceramic connector and a thermal fuse to ensure reliability in emergency situations. The high-performance CCAR voice coil delivers clear, intelligible voice notifications over long distances, which helps in reducing the total number of speakers required for a project. Installation Instructions

For safety reasons, it is strongly recommended that two people perform the installation. The mounting process involves securing two brackets (left and right) to the ceiling using appropriate fixing hardware, which is not included. Once the brackets are in place, the speaker is attached using M8x20 screws and M8 washers, tightened to a torque of 16 Nm. The electrical connection is made by passing the cable through the provided PG13.5 cable glands and connecting it to the ceramic terminal block. Finally, the horn cover is installed using M8x25 screws with steel and rubber washers. The cover screws must be tightened in two stages: first to 2.0 Nm, and then re-tightened to 2.0 Nm to ensure a proper seal.

The TU 100T VA operates at power settings of 100W, 50W, or 25W. It has a sensitivity of 101 dB (1W/4W) and a frequency response ranging from 250 Hz to 10 kHz. The unit weighs 16 kg and measures 1228 x 832 x 413 mm. Its stainless steel V4A (AISI 316) mounting hardware ensures long-term structural integrity even in corrosive environments.
