Product Overview

The Nilight 14025C-B is a high-performance 3-inch 42W LED cube light designed for off-road vehicles, special vehicles, and engineering equipment. These lights provide powerful illumination and are built to withstand demanding environments.

Installation Instructions

Before permanent installation, it is recommended to test the light bar by connecting it directly to a 12V DC power source. Ensure the red wire is connected to the positive terminal and the black wire to the negative terminal.

• Splice the light bar wires to the blue male terminals, then connect them to the wiring harness female terminals, ensuring black connects to black and red to red.
• Connect the red wire (equipped with a fuse) to the battery positive terminal.
• Connect the black wire from the relay to the battery negative terminal.
• Flip the switch to the On position to test the functionality of the LED light bar.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity of your LED lighting system. If you notice condensation inside the light bar, follow these steps to clear it:

• Remove the breather or the two side lids.
• Turn on the light bar.
• Allow the light to remain on for 1 to 2 hours; the heat generated will dissipate the vapor.
