Table of contents
Product Overview
The Roborock Saros 10R is an intelligent robotic vacuum cleaner designed for indoor floor cleaning. It features advanced navigation, automatic mop washing, dust emptying, and water refilling capabilities via its dedicated docking station. The robot is equipped with a high-performance lithium-ion battery.
Installation and Setup
Place the docking station on a hard, flat surface against a wall, ensuring at least 0.75m height, 0.4m width, and 1.2m depth of clearance. Ensure good WiFi coverage for app connectivity. Before the first use, clear the floor of cables, sharp objects, and fragile items. For multi-level homes, use physical barriers to prevent the robot from falling.
Operation
Download the Roborock app to connect the robot to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network. The robot automatically plans cleaning routes, cleaning rooms one by one in a zigzag pattern. It supports spot cleaning, scheduled cleaning, and a Do Not Disturb (DND) mode. The robot automatically returns to the dock for charging, dust emptying, and mop washing as needed.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance is essential for optimal performance. Clean the main brushes every 2 weeks, side brush monthly, and dustbin/filter as required. Replace parts like brushes and filters every 6-12 months, and mop cloths every 1-3 months. Always switch off and unplug the dock before performing maintenance.
Safety and Troubleshooting
Do not use the robot on wet floors, outdoors, or on high-pile carpets. Keep the robot and dock away from heat sources and water. If the robot encounters an error, the power indicator will flash red. Use the app for detailed error notifications. For persistent issues, perform a system reset by removing the magnetic top cover and pressing the Reset button.
