Overview
The Galaxy Forever (GFE) Plan is a service program offered by Servify that includes two main components: Assured Buy Back (ABB) and Samsung Care+ Accidental and Liquid Damage Protection (ADLD). The plan is valid for 13 months from the activation date and is available for select Samsung smartphones purchased through authorized channels in India.
Assured Buy Back (ABB)
The ABB component allows customers to upgrade to the next Galaxy S Series flagship or return their device within specific timeframes. The buyback value is calculated as a percentage of the original invoice price (inclusive of taxes).
- Upgrade Option: Available during the 10th to 13th month.
- Return Option: Available during the 12th to 13th month.
To be eligible for buyback, the device must be able to power on, be free of tampering, and include the original stylus (if applicable). Customers must initiate the request through the official Samsung portal or authorized offline stores.
Samsung Care+ (ADLD)
This protection covers accidental physical damage and liquid damage that impairs the normal usage of the device. It provides one claim up to the invoice value of the device. There is no processing fee for repairs under this plan.
Service and Support
In the event of damage, customers must report the issue within 7 days via the Samsung Consumer Web Portal, Call Centre, or an Authorized Service Centre. Do not hand over the device for repairs until Servify provides written approval. Servify offers Pick/Drop Support (PUDO) in serviceable locations.
Important Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for backing up all data before handing over the device for repair or buyback, as storage media may be reformatted. The plan is non-transferable and linked to the mobile number used for the original purchase. Common problems
The device must be able to power on to be eligible for the buyback program or damage protection.
If the device originally came with a stylus, it must be returned with it, or a fee of INR 4399 will be charged.
Do not hand over the device to any service center until you receive written approval from Servify.
Always back up your data before service, as the device may be reformatted or updated, resulting in data loss.

- Keep your original sales receipt and proof of purchase.
- Secure your IMEI/Serial number details.
- Verify that your device is not refurbished or previously returned.
- Back up all personal data and remove accounts before handing over the device.
