Overview of Samsung Rewards Program
The Samsung Rewards Program is a loyalty initiative for customers in India. Participants with a valid Samsung Account can earn points on eligible product purchases. These points are credited to a Rewards Account and can be used for future purchases. The program replaces the former Samsung Smart Club Loyalty Program, and existing members must migrate their accounts to continue enjoying benefits.
Eligibility and Participation
The program is open to individuals residing in India who are 18 years or older. A valid Samsung Account is required for participation. Corporations, associations, and other groups are not eligible. Membership is limited to one account per person, email address, or mobile number.
Membership Tiers and Benefits
Members are assigned to tiers based on their cumulative purchase value over the last two years. Higher tiers offer better point earning rates:

- Platinum: 2 points per INR 100 spent.
- Gold: 1.5 points per INR 100 spent.
- Blue: 1.25 points per INR 100 spent.
- Base: No points earned.
A minimum spend of INR 15,000 on a single invoice is required to start the rewards journey. Tier status is renewed automatically every two years based on meeting the specified purchase criteria.
Earning and Redeeming Points
Points are earned on eligible purchases made through authorized Samsung channels. Points have a validity of 3 years from the date of accrual. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Redemption is available at authorized offline and online stores, subject to specific limits and terms. If a product is returned, any points earned from that purchase will be reversed.

Program Management and Support
Samsung reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at its discretion. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and ensuring their contact information is accurate.
