First Use
- Remove all packaging materials.
- Fill the kettle with clean water to the maximum mark.
- Boil the water and empty the kettle. Repeat this process 2 to 3 times to clean the interior.
Operation
- Adjust the power cord length and place the base on a stable, dry surface.
- Press the lid open button, fill with water (between 0.5L and 1.7L), and close the lid securely.
- Place the kettle on the base and plug it into a grounded socket.
- To boil at 100°C, press the power button.
- To select a specific temperature (40–90°C), use the +/- buttons, then press the power button.
- The kettle will automatically turn off once the target temperature is reached.
Keep Warm Function
This function maintains the set temperature for up to 2 hours. It is not available for the 100°C setting. If the kettle is removed from the base and returned, the function remains active if the temperature drop is less than 5°C.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always unplug the kettle and let it cool before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior and base with a dry or slightly damp cloth using neutral detergent. Never use abrasive cleaners.
- Regularly remove limescale deposits using a commercial descaler, following the product's instructions.
- Clean the removable limescale filter regularly by rinsing it under running water.
Safety Precautions
- Do not submerge the kettle or base in water.
- Do not overfill the kettle.
- Do not operate the kettle when empty.
- Ensure the lid is closed during operation.
- Keep the appliance and cord out of reach of children under 8 years old.
