The Sencor SHP 0450BK is a multifunctional trimmer designed for home use to trim facial hair, beards, and hair in the nose and ears. It is not intended for professional use or animal grooming. The device is battery-operated and must be kept dry; it is not waterproof and should not be used in the shower or bath.
Charging
The device can be charged via the included USB adapter or any external USB port (computer, power bank). The charging indicator (A4) flashes during charging and remains lit when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 45 minutes of cordless operation. Do not leave the device connected to the power source longer than necessary for a full charge.
Operation
Use the trimmer only on dry, clean hair. Do not use on wet hair or with shaving foams/gels. Attach the desired comb (1mm, 3mm, or 5mm) by sliding it onto the cutting unit from above. Turn the device on using the switch (A3). Move the trimmer slowly against the direction of hair growth with light pressure. Always turn off and disconnect the device before changing accessories or cleaning.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Turn off the device before cleaning. Only the cutting unit and attachments are intended for cleaning under running water; the main body must be kept dry. Use the provided brush to remove hair from the cutting unit and the interior area. To remove the cutting unit, rotate it slightly and slide it off. After cleaning, reattach the unit by inserting the bottom part first and rotating until it clicks.
Safety
Do not use the device if the power cable is damaged. Keep the device and cable away from water, heat sources, and sharp objects. Do not attempt to disassemble the device or remove the built-in battery yourself; this must be done by an authorized service center. Store in a dry place, away from children, at temperatures between 15 °C and 35 °C.

Common problems
Device does not work or performs poorly
Ensure the battery is charged, the cutting unit is clean, and the accessory is attached correctly.
Charging indicator does not light up
Check if the USB cable is securely connected to both the device and the power source.
Cutting unit feels dull or pulls hair
Clean the cutting unit thoroughly with the brush and ensure hair is dry before trimming.
