Installation

Auxiliary Handle

To adjust the auxiliary handle, loosen it by turning it anti-clockwise. Swing the handle around the product axis or 180 degrees forward or backward to the desired position. Retighten the handle by turning it clockwise.

Fitting and Removing a Tool

To fit a tool, pull the locking sleeve back, insert the tool into the SDS Hex chuck system by twisting it until it clicks into place, then release the sleeve. Pull the tool to ensure it is firmly locked. To remove, pull the locking sleeve back and pull the tool out.

Adjusting Chisel Position

Insert the flat chisel into the SDS Hex system and bring it to the best possible working position.

Operation

The device supports two operation modes:

  • Intermittent operation: Hold the ON/OFF switch. Release the switch to stop.
  • Continuous operation: Press the ON/OFF switch and lock it while pressed. To stop, press the switch again and release.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Always switch the product off and remove the power plug before performing any work. Keep the product clean and free from oil or grease. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the housing. Clean the tool holder regularly and grease it lightly before fitting a tool. If the supply cord needs replacement, it must be done by the manufacturer or an authorized agent.

Common problems

Tool does not fit or lock

Ensure the locking sleeve is pulled back fully before inserting the tool and that it clicks into place.

Loss of control during operation

Always use the auxiliary handle and ensure it is tightened securely.
