Safety and Health Information

• Hearing Protection: Avoid high volume levels for extended periods to prevent permanent hearing damage.
• Magnetic Fields: The product generates strong magnetic fields. Maintain at least 10 cm (3.94 inches) distance between the product and cardiac pacemakers, implanted defibrillators (ICDs), or other implants.
• Water and Moisture: Do not use the product near water or expose it to rain/moisture to avoid fire or electric shock.
• Children and Pets: Keep the product, accessories, and packaging out of reach to prevent choking or swallowing hazards.
• Wall Mounting: If mounting the transmitter, ensure it is not higher than 2 meters to prevent injury from falling.

Battery Safety

Improper use of rechargeable batteries can lead to leakage, explosion, fire, or environmental damage. Follow these rules:

• Use only rechargeable batteries and chargers recommended by Sonova Consumer Hearing.
• Charge batteries only at ambient temperatures between +10 °C and +40 °C.
• Do not heat batteries above 70 °C or expose them to direct sunlight/fire.
• If not using the product for a long period, remove the batteries and charge them regularly (every 3 months).
• Do not mix standard batteries with rechargeable batteries.
• Dispose of defective batteries immediately at designated collection points.

Intended Use

The RS 120-W system is designed for private domestic use with TVs, hi-fi systems, and home cinema systems. It connects to analog audio sources and transmits audio via Bluetooth LE Audio technology. It is not suitable for commercial use or portable audio devices.

Maintenance and Care

• Keep the product dry and avoid extreme temperatures (operating range: 0 °C to 40 °C).
• Clean only with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not place headphones on glass heads or armrests for long periods, as this can stretch the headband.
• Place the transmitter on a non-slip surface to avoid furniture staining from feet.

Disposal
