This guide provides instructions for assembling and maintaining your StyleWell Decorative Vertical File Cabinet. Before beginning, ensure you have all parts and hardware. Assembly requires two people to prevent injury. Do not use power tools, as they may damage the product. Always anchor the furniture to the wall for safety, especially in homes with children.

Pre-assembly
Before starting, remove all packaging materials and staples. Lay out all wooden parts on a clean, flat, and soft surface (like a carpet) to prevent scratches. Verify all parts against the hardware and panel lists provided in the manual.
Assembly
The assembly process involves the following steps:




- Side & bottom panel assembly: Prepare metal parts and dowels, then attach panels C and D to panel B using the CAM fastening system.
- Top assembly: Attach the top panel A to the side panels.
- Attaching back panel and leg levelers: Secure the back panel E and install the leg levelers.
- Upper drawer assembly: Assemble the drawer front, sides, bottom, and back, then attach the handle.
- Lower drawer assembly: Repeat the drawer assembly process for the lower drawer.
- Fixing to wall: Drill a hole and anchor the unit to the wall using the provided safety device.
- Inserting drawers: Insert the assembled drawers into the cabinet, ensuring the slides align properly.
- Attaching the file runner: Install the file runners (OO) into the drawers.
- Adjusting the leg levelers: If the unit is unstable, adjust the foot levelers under the legs.
Troubleshooting
- Drawer cannot be attached: Check if the drawer side board slides are assembled backwards.
- Drawer does not slide smoothly: Ensure the frame slide bearing is pulled out before assembly.
- Drawer cannot be removed: Use the safety release tab to remove the drawer from the body.
- Door not flat: Adjust the euro hinge to the appropriate position.
- Legs uneven: Adjust the center feet levelers.
Maintenance and Care
- Keep the product away from direct heat and sunlight.
- Periodically (every 90 days) check and tighten all screws.
- Use a slightly damp cloth for cleaning; do not use bleach or abrasive materials.
- Do not drag or pull the furniture.
- Do not place hot items directly onto the wood surface.
