Safety Precautions

• Always wear protective equipment, including goggles, earplugs, and gloves, to prevent injury from debris or noise.
• Do not operate the blower in environments with flammable materials or excessive dust.
• Keep children and pets away from the operating area.
• Refuel only when the machine is cold and away from any fire sources to prevent fuel leakage.

Component Names

• Engine: The power source, marked with "Blower 2.0HP".
• Harness System: Used for carrying the machine to reduce operator fatigue.
• Air Duct: Includes the main duct and extension tube for guiding airflow.
• Control Handle: Contains switches for starting, stopping, and adjusting wind speed.
• Fuel Tank: Container for storing fuel.

Installation Steps

1. Assemble the Air Duct: Align the main air duct with the extension tube, rotate clockwise until firmly connected, and ensure there is no looseness at the interface.
2. Connect Duct to Engine: Insert the connecting end of the air duct into the engine's air outlet, lock the fixing buckle (if applicable), and ensure a tight seal.
3. Check the Harness: Adjust the harness length to ensure a stable center of gravity when carried and check for any damage.

Operation Method

Pre-start Preparation

• Check the fuel tank level and ensure sufficient fuel. Use the specified fuel mixture ratio (gasoline and oil) as per the manual.
• Verify that the air duct connection is firm and the handle switch is flexible.

Starting the Engine

• Place the machine steadily on the ground to ensure good ventilation.
• Turn on the fuel valve (if equipped).
• Set the switch on the control handle to the "Start" gear.
• Pull the recoil starter rope until the engine starts.

Leaf Blowing Operation

• Carry the machine on your back and hold the control handle with both hands.
• Adjust the air duct angle to aim at target areas.
• Adjust wind speed via the speed control switch (if equipped), gradually increasing from low to high to avoid sudden strong wind.
• After use, set the switch to the "Stop" gear and turn off the fuel valve (if equipped).

Maintenance

• Cleaning: After each use, clean debris from the air duct and remove dust or oil from the machine surface to keep components dry.
• Fuel Maintenance: If the machine will not be used for a long time, drain the fuel from the tank to prevent deterioration and blockage of the fuel system.
• Regular Inspection:
  • Weekly: Check harnesses, air duct interfaces, and handle switches for looseness or damage.
  • Monthly: Check engine oil (for 4-stroke engines) or fuel mixture ratio (for 2-stroke engines) to ensure normal lubrication.
