This day bed is designed for outdoor residential use. Key safety and usage limits include:

• Weight Capacity: Maximum 300 lbs per person (total 600 lbs for the day bed).
• Cup Tray Limit: Maximum 5 lbs per tray.
• Safety: Always ensure backrest mechanisms are fully locked before reclining. Do not stand or step on the day bed or cup trays.
• Placement: Use only on flat, stable surfaces to prevent tipping.

Adjustable Backrest Operation

Each side of the day bed features an independently adjustable backrest:

1. While seated or standing behind, locate the adjustment lever or pull-strap.
2. Lift or pull the mechanism to release the backrest.
3. Move the backrest to your desired angle (upright, semi-reclined, or flat).
4. Release the mechanism and gently push back to ensure it locks securely into place before relaxing.

Foldable Cup Tray Operation

To open: Gently lift the tray from its stored position and rotate into place until it rests horizontally.

To fold: Lift slightly if needed and rotate back to the stored position.

Note: Avoid placing hot beverages directly on the tray surface.

Cushion Care and Cleaning

• Removable Covers: Feature zippers for easy removal. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Air dry only; do not tumble dry. Hand washing is recommended for longevity.
