Assembly

• Remove the rear caster bolt and slide out the mounting plate.
• Attach the handle to the mounting plate using the provided screw.
• Secure the pump mounting bracket to the plate with nuts and bolts.
• Re-attach the mounting plate and caster.
• Install the pump using the provided bolts.
• Connect the short hose to the pump and reservoir using hose clamps.
• Attach the long evacuation hose to the top of the pump.

Operation

Position the reservoir directly beneath the engine oil drain plug. Once the oil has drained, replace the engine plug. To empty the reservoir, move the unit to a storage area, place the long hose into a collection tank, and operate the hand pump until the reservoir is empty.

Maintenance and Disposal

Regularly inspect the oil drain for damaged, loose, or missing parts. Do not use the equipment if it is damaged. Clean the unit with a mild solvent or detergent and store it in a dry, safe location.
