Safety Instructions

Warning: Risk of burns. Do not touch hot surfaces. Keep children and animals away from the unit during operation. Do not cover the heater to prevent overheating.

• Use only in well-ventilated areas or outdoors. Not suitable for residential living spaces or caravans.
• Ensure continuous ventilation of 25 cm³ per kW.
• Always close the gas supply valve on the cylinder after use.
• Ensure the fan is functioning correctly before igniting the burners.
• Keep the unit at least 3 meters away from flammable walls or ceilings.
• If a gas leak is suspected, immediately close the gas supply, extinguish the heater, and ventilate the area. Do not create sparks or flames.

Installation and Operation

Before operation, inspect the heater for transport damage. Connect the gas hose and pressure regulator to a suitable LPG cylinder, ensuring all connections are tight. Check for leaks using a soapy water solution; never use an open flame to detect leaks. Connect the power cable to a grounded 230 V ~ 50 Hz outlet.

To ignite, set the power switch to 'I' to start the fan. Press the gas valve button and operate the piezo igniter repeatedly until the flame lights. Hold the valve button for approximately 10 seconds after ignition. To turn off, close the gas cylinder valve, allow the fan to run until the flame extinguishes, and then set the switch to 'O'.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Regular maintenance is essential for safe operation. The unit should be inspected by a qualified technician at least once a year. Keep the fan blades and the interior of the heater clean using compressed air. Periodically check the gas hose and pressure regulator for wear; replace only with original parts.

If the motor fails to start, check the power supply and the safety thermostat. If the burner fails to ignite, ensure the gas valve is open, the cylinder is not empty, and the nozzle is not obstructed. If the heater shuts down during operation, check for insufficient airflow or ice formation on the gas cylinder due to excessive gas extraction.
