This document provides essential instructions for setting up and safely using your Xiaomi 13T smartphone. To turn on the device, press and hold the power button. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial configuration.

Device setup and SIM card

To set up your device, insert a standard SIM card into the SIM card slot. Do not use non-standard SIM cards, as they may damage the slot. Do not attempt to disassemble the device.

Battery and charging safety

• Charge the device only using the included or authorized cable and power adapter.
• Do not charge the device for more than 12 hours.
• The battery is built-in and should not be replaced by the user.
• Do not disassemble, hit, crush, or burn the battery. If the battery appears deformed or damaged, stop using it immediately.
• Avoid short-circuiting the battery, as it may cause overheating, burns, or other injuries.
• Do not expose the battery to high temperatures, as this may cause an explosion.

Important safety precautions

• The operating temperature range for this device is 0°C to 40°C.
• Keep the device dry at all times.
• Do not attempt to repair the device yourself. Contact Mi customer support or an authorized repair center for assistance.
• Do not use the phone in explosive environments, such as petrol stations or areas with chemical particles in the air.
• Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm between the phone and medical devices like pacemakers to avoid potential interference.
• Do not use the phone in hospital operating rooms, emergency rooms, or intensive care units.
• Avoid using the phone outdoors during thunderstorms to prevent the risk of lightning strikes.
• Do not make calls while the phone is charging.
• Do not use the phone in high-humidity environments, such as bathrooms, to avoid electric shock or damage.

Regulatory and disposal information

This product must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste in accordance with local regulations. The device is restricted to indoor use only when operating in the 5250 to 5350 MHz frequency range in EU member states.
