The Xiaomi 15T and 15T Pro Exclusive Services provide additional benefits to eligible customers who purchased and activated their devices in Greece. These services complement standard consumer rights and manufacturer warranties.

Exclusive Services

Eligible users can access the following benefits:

• YouTube Premium: 3 months of free access for new users.
• Spotify Premium: 4 months of free access for new users.
• Google AI Pro: 3 months of free access.
• Screen Protection: One-time free screen repair or replacement within 6 months of purchase for accidental damage.
• Labor-Free Repair: One out-of-warranty repair with no labor costs within 12 months of purchase.
• Customer Support: Dedicated support available for 24 months.

Service Activation

Each service has specific activation requirements:

• YouTube Premium: Activate via the YouTube app profile menu.
• Spotify Premium: Request a link via the official Xiaomi IMEI redemption page, then follow instructions in the Spotify app.
• Google AI Pro: Activate via the Gemini or Google One app.

Maintenance and Support

For screen repairs or out-of-warranty labor-free services, customers should contact Xiaomi Customer Service or an authorized service center. Proof of purchase and IMEI number may be required. Note that while labor costs are covered for specific repairs, costs for spare parts or logistics remain the responsibility of the user. Authorized service centers will assess the device to determine if the repair is covered under these terms.

Privacy and Data

Xiaomi processes personal data (name, phone, email, ID) necessary for providing these services in strict compliance with privacy laws. Data may be shared with authorized service centers when required for repair purposes.
