Safety Guidelines
Prior to use, ensure you have read and understood all instructions. Always wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves and eye protection when working near batteries. Ensure the charging area is well-ventilated to prevent the accumulation of explosive gases. Never smoke or create sparks near the battery. Do not disassemble the panel, bend it, or place heavy items on its surface. The panel should not be used to charge frozen, non-rechargeable, or dry cell batteries.
Installation
The panel requires a separate mounting kit for installation. Secure the mounting brackets to the solar panel using the provided short bolts, fender washers, spring washers, and lock nuts. Once the brackets are attached, position the panel onto your roof rack and secure it using the long bolts, flat washers, spring washers, and threaded brace plates. Ensure the panel is used in conjunction with a charge controller (not supplied) and it is highly recommended to include a fuse in the connection.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Clean the solar panel surface using a clean microfibre cloth. Do not use high-pressure hoses. Regularly inspect all wires and connections; if any wires become loose or electronic components are exposed, stop use immediately. The panel is designed for 12V systems only and should not be left connected to a battery permanently without regular checks to avoid potential damage.
