The Zeegma Planeet Multi is a versatile kitchen machine designed for mixing, blending, and meat mincing. This guide provides essential information for safe and efficient operation. Always ensure the appliance is placed on a flat, stable surface and that all accessories are properly attached before use.
Product Description
The appliance consists of three main functional parts:



- Planetary Mixer (Fig. A): Includes the drive shaft, lock release lever, speed controller, bowl, and attachments (dough hook, stirrer, beater).
- Blender (Fig. B): Includes the glass cup with level indicator, cover, and measuring cup.
- Meat Mincer (Fig. C): Includes the pusher, feed chute, head, worm shaft, cutting blade, cutting discs, sausage maker, and kebbe attachment.
Operating Instructions

Planetary Mixer
- Turn the lock release lever to lift the body.
- Place the bowl lid on the appliance and insert the bowl, rotating it clockwise to secure.
- Attach the desired tool (dough hook, stirrer, or beater) to the drive shaft and turn counter-clockwise until it clicks.
- Lower the arm by turning the lock release lever until it clicks into place.
- Set the speed controller to the desired level (1-6).
Blender Function
- Remove the rear cover from the main body.
- Place ingredients in the cup, secure the lid and measuring cup.
- Place the cup onto the main body and turn clockwise to secure.
- Select the speed (1-6) or use the Pulse (P) mode.
Meat Mincer Function
- Assemble the worm shaft, cutting blade (facing forward), and desired cutting disc inside the head.
- Secure with the retaining ring (do not overtighten).
- Remove the front cover from the main body, insert the mincer head, and turn counter-clockwise to lock.
- Attach the feed chute and tray.
Speed Settings
- Hard dough hook (Speed 1-3): For heavy mixtures.
- Stirrer (Speed 2-4): For medium mixtures.
- Beater (Speed 5-6): For light mixtures like egg whites.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Always disconnect the power cord before cleaning. Never immerse the main body in water. Clean the body with a damp cloth. Wash all detachable accessories in warm soapy water. Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembly.
Troubleshooting
If the appliance does not work, check the power connection, ensure the lock release lever is in the correct position, and verify that all accessories and covers are properly installed. If the appliance has been running for 6 minutes, allow it to cool down.
