Practical help
Common problems
Device does not power on
Ensure the battery is charged. If the battery is depleted, connect the provided 5V 1.0A adapter to charge the unit.
No image on the monitor
Check that the BNC cable is securely connected to the Video-in terminal and that the camera is powered on.
Camera connected to DC power output does not turn on
Verify that the camera's power requirement does not exceed the 400mA limit of the tester's DC power output.
Before use
- Charge the battery for 4 hours before the first use.
- Verify the camera system format (NTSC or PAL) matches the tester's settings.
- Ensure the BNC cable is properly seated in the Video-in terminal.
- Check that the camera power consumption is within the 400mA limit.
