Safety Instructions

Warning: Potential hazards can result in serious injury or death. Never submerge the handle in water or any liquid. If the device falls into liquid, unplug it immediately before touching. Keep hands, hair, and loose clothing away from the blades during operation. Always unplug the appliance when not in use, during assembly, or while cleaning.

Assembly

Before first use, clean the blades and handle. To charge, insert the charging plug into the port at the bottom of the handle. A 90-minute charge provides approximately 70 minutes of runtime. To assemble, hold the release buttons and insert the desired blade (A for meat, B for bread) with the sharp side facing the trigger. Always use the safety grips to avoid injury.

Operation

Ensure the knife is fully charged and clean before use. Select the appropriate blade for the food item. With a firm grip, push the safety switch forward and squeeze the trigger to engage the blades. Apply slow, even pressure to the food, allowing the knife to perform the cutting. Do not use aggressive pressure. Allow hot food to rest for 10 minutes before cutting and remove any skewers or strings.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Blades are extremely sharp; handle with care. To remove blades, squeeze the side buttons and pull simultaneously. Wash blades with hot water and soap, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Clean the handle using only a damp cloth. Never place the handle under running water or submerge it. Store the unit in a clean, dry space away from humidity. Avoid using abrasive cleaning materials to prevent damage to the finish.
