This air fryer dehydrator oven is designed for household use. Before first use, ensure all packaging is removed, and wash the crisping racks, drip pan, and rotisserie assembly in hot, soapy water. Always place the unit on a flat, heat-resistant surface with at least 4 inches of clearance on all sides. The drip pan must be in place on the oven floor before operation.
Getting to know your air fryer
The unit features a touchscreen control panel for selecting presets, adjusting time, and setting temperature. Key components include the convection fan, upper and lower heating elements, and a large viewing window. Accessories include two crisping racks, a bake/drip pan, and a complete rotisserie assembly.
Operating instructions
To begin, plug the unit into a 120V AC outlet and press the Power button. The default settings are 380°F for 15 minutes. You can adjust the time and temperature using the plus and minus symbols on the control panel. The unit will pause if the door is opened during cooking and resume once closed.
Manual operation
Adjust the cook time by pressing the Time button and using the plus/minus controls. Adjust the temperature by pressing the Temperature button and using the plus/minus controls. Once settings are chosen, press the Power button to start.
Preset menu
The unit includes 10 presets: French Fries, Meat, Fish, Toast, Pizza, Poultry, Cake, Whole Chicken, Dehydrate, and Reheat. Simply press the desired icon to select the preset. You can adjust the time and temperature for any preset if needed.
Rotisserie assembly
To use the rotisserie function, secure the meat on the rotisserie bar using butcher's twine. Push the bar through the center of the meat, ensuring it is centered to prevent jerking. Secure the meat with the meat tines and tighten the finger screws. Insert the pointed end of the bar into the rotisserie slot on the left side of the oven interior and rest the square end into the metal notch on the right side. Press the Rotisserie icon to begin rotation.
Dehydration
The dehydrate function is ideal for dried meats, vegetables, and fruits. Place crisping racks in the top two shelves. Press the Dehydrate button and adjust the time and temperature as required. Rotate the shelves halfway through the process for even drying.
Care and cleaning
Always unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth. The interior can be cleaned with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and a plastic scouring pad. The crisping racks, drip pan, and rotisserie accessories are dishwasher safe. Do not use metal scouring pads or spray-on oven cleaners.
