This manual provides essential safety and operating instructions for the Bosch AdvancedGrind 18V-80 and UniversalGrind 18V-75 angle grinders. Always read the full safety warnings before use to prevent electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
Device Description
The angle grinder is designed for cutting and brushing metal and stone, as well as roughing metal. It can also be used for sanding with approved abrasive tools. It is not suitable for grinding stone with diamond grinding heads.

Assembly
Always remove the battery before performing any maintenance, changing tools, or transporting the device. Ensure the correct protective guard is used for the specific application (grinding vs. cutting). The guard must be securely attached and positioned for maximum safety.

Operation
Do not overload the tool to the point of stalling. If the tool is heavily loaded, run it at no-load for several minutes to cool down the accessory. Always use the auxiliary handle for safe operation. When cutting stone, ensure sufficient dust extraction.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Keep the power tool and ventilation slots clean for safe and efficient operation. Store accessories carefully. For repairs or spare parts, contact your local Bosch service center or visit www.bosch-pt.com.
Safety
Always wear personal protective equipment, including safety goggles. Keep bystanders at a safe distance. Be aware of kickback risks when working near corners or sharp edges. Do not use damaged accessories.
