The AdvancedShear 18V-10 Extension Pole is designed exclusively for use with the AdvancedShear 18V-10 unit. It allows for comfortable edge trimming near the ground and overhead shrub trimming. Always ensure the blade guard is attached before mounting or dismounting the grass shear attachment.
Assembly and Operation
To attach the grass shear (3) to the extension pole, slide it upward until you hear a click. Insert the battery (7) into the battery port (9). To remove, press the release button (10) on the extension pole and slide the attachment out.

Trimming Edges
Rotate the product 90° to the left or right to set it to the vertical position. Guide the product along the lawn edge, avoiding contact with paved paths, stones, or walls to protect the blade.
Trimming Hedges
Ensure the product is switched off before removing cut material or performing maintenance. You can cut branches up to 8 mm thick. Move the product steadily along the cutting line. The double-sided blade allows for cutting in both directions or with a side-to-side motion.
Maintenance and Storage
Always remove the battery before performing any maintenance, tool changes, or transport. Keep the product and ventilation slots clean. Do not spray with water or immerse in water. Store in a dry, secure place out of reach of children. Regularly check that all nuts, bolts, and screws are tight.
Battery Care
Protect the battery from moisture and water. Store only within the temperature range of -20 °C to 50 °C. The ideal storage temperature is 5 °C. Clean ventilation slots occasionally with a soft, dry brush.
