The Bosch GWS 12V-76 Professional is a cordless angle grinder designed for cutting and roughing metal, stone, wood, plastic, non-ferrous metals, and tiles without water. Important: Always use the appropriate protective guard for cutting operations.

Key components include the spindle lock button, on/off switch, battery, battery charge indicator, and protective guards for grinding and cutting.

Assembly

Before any work on the tool (maintenance, tool change, etc.) or during transport/storage, remove the battery. To mount the cutting guard, attach it to the grinding guard until it clicks into place. To mount a disc, clean the grinder spindle, press the spindle lock button forward, and turn the disc to lock the spindle. Secure the disc with the clamping bolt and washer using the hex key.

Operation

Insert the charged battery into the handle until it clicks. To start, push the on/off switch forward. To lock it, press the front of the switch down. To switch off, release the switch or press the back of it if locked. The red LED indicator warns of battery overheating (continuous light) or tool blockage (flashing light).

Maintenance and cleaning

Always remove the battery before maintenance. Keep the tool and ventilation slots clean for safe operation.
