Assembly

Protective guards: Use the grinding guard (7) for grinding and the cutting guard (10) for cutting. The cutting guard (10) must be attached to the grinding guard (7) until it clicks into place. Abrasive tools: Clean the grinding spindle (8) and all parts to be mounted. Use the spindle lock button (2) to fix the spindle while tightening or loosening the clamping bolt (11) with the hex key (13).

Operation

Switching on/off: Push the on/off switch (3) forward to start. To lock it, press the front of the switch down until it clicks. To switch off, release the switch or press the rear part of the switch if it is locked. Rough grinding: Use the grinding guard (7). Maintain a 30° to 40° angle for best results. Cutting: Use the cutting guard (10). Work with moderate feed adapted to the material. Do not apply pressure to the cutting disc, tilt, or oscillate it.

Battery handling

Use only the chargers listed in the technical data. Lithium-ion batteries are supplied partially charged. Protect the battery from moisture, water, and heat (e.g., continuous sunlight, fire, dirt, water, and moisture) to prevent explosion and short-circuiting.

Safety

Always wear safety goggles. Use suitable detectors to find hidden supply lines. Do not touch grinding or cutting discs until they have cooled down. If the tool becomes electrostatically charged, the built-in electronics will switch it off; press the on/off switch again to restart.

Tool switches off automatically
