Device description
The circular saw is designed for straight and miter cuts in wood. Key components include the lock-off switch, spindle lock button, base plate, depth adjustment lever, and dust extraction adapter.
Operation
Setting cutting depth: Loosen the clamping lever, adjust the saw position relative to the base plate, and retighten the lever. The blade should protrude less than one full tooth height below the workpiece.
Adjusting mitre/bevel angle: Loosen the wing bolt, tilt the saw to the desired angle on the scale, and retighten the wing bolt.
Switching on/off: Press the lock-off switch first, then press and hold the on/off switch. Release the on/off switch to stop the tool.
Blade replacement
Place the tool on the motor housing front. Press and hold the spindle lock button. Use the hex key to remove the clamping bolt and flange. Replace the blade, ensuring the rotation direction matches the arrow on the protective guard. Tighten the clamping bolt to 6–9 Nm.
Dust extraction
Attach the dust extraction adapter to the chip ejector. A 35 mm diameter hose can be connected. Do not use the adapter without an external vacuum system connected.
Maintenance
Keep the tool and ventilation slots clean. Ensure the retracting blade guard moves freely and closes automatically. Clean resin or glue residue from the blade immediately after use.

Common problems
Saw blade binds or stalls
Release the trigger, hold the saw motionless until the blade stops, and investigate the cause of binding before restarting.
Battery charge indicator does not light up
The battery may be defective and must be replaced.
Dust extraction system clogs
Ensure the dust extraction adapter is cleaned regularly and that no dust bag is attached to the adapter.
Before use
- Ensure the lower blade guard closes properly and moves freely.
- Check that the battery is fully charged.
- Verify the saw blade is sharp, undamaged, and suitable for the material.
- Ensure all locking levers (depth and bevel) are tight.
- Check that the workpiece is securely clamped.
