Device Description
The tool features an SDS-max tool holder, a combination switch for operating modes (hammer drilling, chiseling, Vario-Lock), and a user interface for status monitoring and mode selection.
Operation
To operate the tool, insert a charged Bosch Li-ion battery. Use the combination switch to select the desired mode. The tool features three working modes: Auto (maximum performance), Soft (for delicate materials), and Favorite (customizable via smartphone app). The speed and impact rate can be adjusted by varying the pressure on the on/off switch.
Safety
Always wear hearing protection. Use the auxiliary handle provided. Hold the tool by insulated gripping surfaces when performing operations where the cutting accessory may contact hidden wiring. Ensure the tool is completely stopped before placing it down.
Maintenance
Remove the battery before any maintenance or transport. Keep the tool and ventilation slots clean. Replace a damaged dust protection cap immediately. Clean the tool holder after each use.
Troubleshooting
The user interface provides status indications. If the status indicator flashes red, the KickBack Control has been triggered; release and press the on/off switch again. If the temperature indicator is yellow or red, allow the tool to cool down.
