Assembly and First Use
- Battery Charging: Use only recommended chargers. The battery is supplied partially charged; charge it fully before first use.
- Battery Installation: Set the rotational direction switch to the middle position to prevent accidental activation. Insert the battery into the handle until it clicks into place.
- Tool Change: Remove the battery before any maintenance or tool changes. Pull off the depth stop, remove the screwdriver bit, and replace it if necessary.
Operation
- Rotational Direction: Use the switch to change between clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation. This cannot be changed while the on/off switch is pressed.
- PowerSAVE Mode: Press the PowerSAVE button to activate. The motor remains deactivated until the tool is pressed against the workpiece.
- Adjusting Screw-in Depth: Use the adjusting sleeve to preset the depth of the screw head in the workpiece.
- Retractable Depth Stop: For loosening screws, align the arrows on the adjusting sleeve and gearbox, then pull the sleeve back until it clicks into place.
