This document provides essential instructions for the Bosch EasyMower 18V-32-200. Before use, ensure the battery is fully charged. Always remove the isolator key and battery before performing any maintenance or cleaning. The mower is intended for domestic lawn mowing at ground level.
Assembly and Operation
Refer to the following steps for setup and use:
- Handle assembly: Follow the steps in section B.
- Grassbox assembly: Assemble the grassbox as shown in section C.
- Height adjustment: Adjust the cutting height according to section E.
- Battery insertion: Insert the charged battery as shown in section F.
- Operation: Insert the isolator switch, switch on, and mow. Refer to sections G and H.
Maintenance and Care
Always wear gardening gloves when working near the sharp blades. Keep the product clean and free of residue. Store in a secure, dry place out of reach of children. Regularly check the grass bag for wear or deterioration.
Battery Handling
Protect the battery from heat, fire, water, and moisture. Store the battery separately from the mower. The ideal storage temperature is 5°C. Clean ventilation slots occasionally with a soft, clean, and dry brush.
Troubleshooting
If the motor fails to start, check if the battery is charged, the isolator key is inserted correctly, or if the motor protector has activated due to long grass. If the mower leaves a ragged finish, the cutting height may be too low or the blade blunt.

Common problems
Motor does not start
Check battery charge, ensure isolator key is inserted correctly, or allow motor to cool if the motor protector has activated.
Ragged cutting finish
Increase the cutting height or replace the blunt cutting blade.
Blade not rotating
Check for obstructions under the mower and clear them while wearing protective gloves.
Excessive vibration/noise
Tighten the blade nut/bolt to 17 Nm or replace a damaged blade.

- Ensure the battery is fully charged.
- Check that the blade and blade assembly are not worn or damaged.
- Inspect the area for wildlife and foreign objects.
- Ensure all guards are properly mounted.
- Wear non-slip protective footwear and long trousers.
