Operation

Operating Modes: Use the impact/mode selector switch to choose between hammer drilling, drilling (without impact), Vario-Lock (for adjusting chisel position), and chiseling. Always change modes only when the tool is switched off.

Drilling Depth: Use the depth stop to set the required drilling depth X. Press the adjustment button and insert the depth stop into the auxiliary handle.

Tool Change: The SDS plus system allows for easy, tool-free bit changes. For non-SDS plus tools, a keyed or keyless chuck is required.
