Quick guide from the manual
The Bosch GCG 18V-600 Professional is a cordless caulking gun designed for applying sealants and adhesives from standard sachets (foil bags) and cartridges. It is suitable for use on dry, dust-free, and grease-free surfaces. The tool features adjustable feed rates and temperature-dependent overload protection.
Device description
The tool includes a barrel for sachets/cartridges, a rack, an aluminium press, and various plungers (plastic and metal) depending on the material used. It is powered by an 18V battery.
Assembly
Before performing any work on the tool, remove the battery. The tool is supplied ready for use with sachets. To switch between sachets and cartridges, follow the specific assembly steps provided in the manual, ensuring the correct plunger configuration (plastic/metal discs) is used for the chosen material.

Operation
Adjust the feed rate using the thumbwheel and the on/off switch. To switch on, push the lock down and press the on/off switch. To switch off, release the switch; the rack will move to a park position to prevent further material extrusion. If the switch is pressed again within 10 seconds, the rack returns to the last working position at maximum speed.
Maintenance and cleaning
Always remove the battery before maintenance or transport. Keep the tool and ventilation slots clean. Thoroughly clean the front cap, nozzles, barrel, and rack after each use according to the consumable manufacturer's instructions.
Safety
Always wear recommended personal protective equipment, including safety goggles and gloves suitable for chemical substances. Ensure the workplace is well-ventilated when working with volatile or hazardous substances. Never point the tool at yourself or others.
