Device Description
The GGS 18V-10 SLC is a cordless straight grinder designed for grinding and deburring metal with corundum grinding tools, as well as working with sanding belt tools, sanding discs, and milling. It also supports brushing and polishing metal. The tool features Bluetooth connectivity for data and setting transfers via the optional GCY 30-4 module.
Operation
Switching On/Off: Slide the on/off switch forward to start. To lock it, push the front of the switch down until it clicks. To switch off, release the switch or press the rear part of the switch if it is locked.
Speed Preselection: Use the speed preselection button to adjust the speed even during operation. Refer to the manual's table for recommended speed levels based on the material and application.
Safety

Common problems
Tool does not start after battery change or quick restart.
The restart protection may be active. Set the on/off switch to the off position and switch the tool on again.
Tool stops suddenly during operation.
Check the status indicator. If it flashes red, a safety feature like kickback stop, restart protection, or impact shutdown has been triggered. Switch off and on again.
Battery charge indicator does not light up.
The battery may be defective and needs to be replaced.
