Device Description
The circular saw is designed for straight and miter cuts in wood. Key components include a spindle lock button, base plate, depth adjustment lever, and a dust extraction adapter.
Operation
Battery Handling: Insert the battery until it clicks. To remove, press the release button. Use only recommended chargers.
Blade Replacement: Always remove the battery before maintenance. Use the hex key to loosen the clamping bolt while holding the spindle lock button. Ensure the blade rotation direction matches the arrow on the protective guard.
Adjustments: Loosen the clamping lever to adjust cutting depth. Loosen the wing bolt to adjust the miter/bevel angle.
Cutting: Use the 0° or 45° cut marks on the base plate for precise alignment. Always guide the saw evenly and with light pressure.
Safety
Always wear personal protective equipment, including eye protection and a dust mask. Keep hands away from the cutting area and the blade. Never reach underneath the workpiece. Ensure the lower guard closes freely before each use.
Maintenance
Keep the tool and ventilation slots clean. Regularly clean the area around the lower guard. Clean saw blades immediately after use to remove resin or glue residue.

Common problems
Reduced suction power
Check the dust extraction adapter for clogs and ensure the vacuum cleaner is suitable for the material.
Blade binding or kickback
Ensure the blade is sharp, the workpiece is properly supported, and the cutting depth is correctly adjusted.
Battery not charging or short runtime
Ensure the battery is within the allowed temperature range and the charger is compatible. If runtime is significantly reduced, the battery may be worn out.
Before use
- Ensure the battery is fully charged.
- Check that the saw blade is sharp and correctly installed.
- Verify the lower guard moves freely and closes instantly.
- Adjust the cutting depth to the workpiece thickness.
- Ensure the workpiece is securely clamped.
