The Bosch GLI 12V-300 Professional is a cordless worklight designed for mobile, temporary illumination in dry indoor and outdoor areas. It is not intended for general room lighting. The light features a hexagonal shape for versatile positioning and a utility hook for hanging.
Safety instructions
- Heat Warning: The worklight generates intense heat. Do not cover the lamp head during operation to prevent burns.
- Battery Safety: Remove the battery before any work (assembly, maintenance, transport, storage) to prevent accidental activation.
- Usage Restrictions: Do not use in potentially explosive areas or in road traffic.
- Light Source: The light source is non-replaceable. If it fails, the entire unit must be replaced.
Operation
Switching On/Off: Press the On/Off switch (2) to turn the light on or off.
Positioning: The worklight can be used in an upright, hanging (using the utility hook (3)), or lying position. The hexagonal shape allows for easy orientation.
Battery handling
Charging: Use only the chargers listed in the technical data. Lithium-ion batteries are supplied partially charged; fully charge before first use.
Insertion/Removal: Push the charged battery into the holder until it clicks. To remove, press the release buttons and pull the battery out without using force.
Storage: Store batteries within the -20 °C to 50 °C range. Do not leave them in a car during summer.
Maintenance and cleaning
The worklight is maintenance-free. Clean the plastic lens only with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use detergents or solvents.
