The Bosch GNH 18V-50 M Professional is a cordless nailer designed for driving nails into wood. It is not intended for use on metal or concrete. The tool features two actuation modes: single actuation with safety sequence and contact actuation with automatic return.
Operation
Switching On/Off: Press the on/off switch to activate the tool. The user interface will light up.
Single Actuation: Firmly position the outlet or workpiece protector against the workpiece until the discharge lock-off is fully pressed. Briefly press the trigger to discharge a nail. Lift the tool completely from the workpiece before the next shot.
Contact Actuation: Activate this mode via the mode button. Press and hold the trigger. Firmly position the outlet against the workpiece to discharge a nail. Keep the trigger pressed and lift the tool to reposition it for the next shot.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Always remove the battery before performing maintenance or changing accessories. Keep the tool and ventilation slots clean. Regularly clean the magazine and discharge lock-off mechanism with compressed air to prevent jamming.
Troubleshooting
If the tool is not ready for operation, check if the battery is charged and properly inserted, or if the magazine is empty. If the tool is ready but does not discharge nails, check for foreign objects in the outlet or magazine, or clear any jammed nails in the shot duct.
