Device Description

The tool features an on/off switch, battery release button, oscillation speed preselection thumbwheel, and an accessory holder. It is compatible with Starlock accessories.

Assembly and Tool Change

Warning: Always remove the battery before performing any maintenance or changing accessories to prevent accidental startup.

  1. Use the provided hex key to loosen the clamping bolt.

Switching On/Off: Slide the on/off switch forward to position 'I' to turn on, and backward to '0' to turn off.

Oscillation Speed: Use the thumbwheel to preselect the required oscillation speed based on the material and working conditions. For sanding, use a maximum speed level of '4'.

Dust Extraction

For sanding, always connect a dust extraction system. The system is designed specifically for use with the sanding plate. Connect the extraction hose of a suitable vacuum cleaner to the extraction outlet of the dust extraction system.

Battery Management

The battery charge indicator shows the charge level for 5 seconds after switching on. If the tool shuts down automatically due to low battery or overheating, turn it off and allow the battery to cool or charge it before restarting.

Safety

Always wear personal protective equipment, including eye protection. Keep hands away from the sawing area and do not reach under the workpiece. Use clamps to secure the workpiece to a stable platform.
