Positioning the press jaw on the fitting
  1. Battery: Insert a charged 18V battery into the holder until it clicks.
  2. Press Jaw Installation: Turn the tool holder lock forward, remove it, insert the appropriate press jaw, reinsert the lock, and turn it 180° to secure. Always ensure the lock is firmly engaged.
  3. Pressing Process: Position the press jaw at a right angle on the fitting. Press and hold the On switch until the worklight flashes (after 1.5s) to start the forced pressing process. The motor stops automatically once maximum force is reached.

Safety and Maintenance

  • Safety: Keep fingers and body parts away from the cylinder and press jaw area during operation. Use only recommended press jaws and fittings.
  • Fall Protection: When working at heights, secure the tool using a fall protection system (max 1.8m) attached to the designated point on the tool and a stable structure.
  • Maintenance: Remove the battery before any maintenance or transport. Keep the tool and ventilation slots clean.
