The Bosch GSR 180-LI and GSB 180-LI are powerful, professional-grade cordless drill/drivers. The GSR 180-LI is ideal for driving screws and drilling in wood, metal, ceramic, and plastic. The GSB 180-LI offers the same functionality with the added capability of impact drilling in brick, concrete, and stone.

Safety Instructions

Operation

Setting Direction: Use the rotational direction switch to change the tool's direction. Right rotation for drilling and driving screws; left rotation for loosening screws and nuts.
Operating Modes: Use the torque presetting ring (GSR) or mode presetting ring (GSB) to select between drilling, screwdriving, and impact drilling (GSB only).
Maintenance
Maintenance and Cleaning: Remove the battery before any work on the tool (e.g., maintenance, tool change). Keep the tool and ventilation slots clean for safe operation.
Carbon Brushes: Check the length of the carbon brushes every 2–3 months and replace both if necessary. Use only original Bosch carbon brushes.
