The Bosch Professional 18V-21 is a high-performance cordless drill/driver engineered for professional use. It is designed for driving and loosening screws, as well as drilling in wood, metal, ceramic, and plastic. The GSB 18V-21 model includes an additional impact drilling mode for working with brick, concrete, and stone.

Safety Instructions

Operation
Starting Operation: Set the rotational direction switch to the center position to prevent accidental starting. Insert the charged battery into the handle until it engages. Use the rotational direction switch to change the direction of rotation. Adjust the speed by varying the pressure on the On/Off switch.

Operating Modes: Use the torque presetting ring to select the required torque for screwdriving. For drilling, set the ring to the drilling symbol. For the GSB model, use the operating mode presetting ring to select between drilling, screwdriving, and impact drilling.
Maintenance and Service
Maintenance: Always remove the battery before performing any work on the tool (e.g., maintenance, tool change, transport, or storage). Keep the tool and ventilation slots clean for safe operation.
Carbon Brushes: Check the length of the carbon brushes every 2–3 months and replace both if necessary. Use only original Bosch carbon brushes.
Disposal
